Loopline Systems’s founders Nora Heer and Christian Kaller are no strangers to the challenges attached to building a performance management system. They combine more than ten years of HR experience with a background of working in both tech startups and leading corporations.Loopline Systems was built from the internal need to improve people management and development back when they were in Project A Ventures.
