Tilla-Durieux-Park, not far from Potsdamer Platz, consists of two upwardly sloping lawns that turn on their axes. The architects designed the park to “roll” from east to west to remind of the city’s eventful history. The park is equipped with five see-saws made of 20 metre long metal bars.
Perdoo – Berlin based Goal Management and OKR tool
Perdoo is one of the world’s first goal management platforms and probably the most popular OKR tool on the market. It helps companies manage, track and align goals (or OKRs) within their organization. Goal management has gained a lot of interest in recent years and is now deeply integrated in companies such as Google, Intel and LinkedIn, among many others. Besides a cloud-based web application, Perdoo also offers native apps for iOS & Android that fully integrate with the system. They are on a mission to boost employee engagement by showing people how their work contributes, and also to provide managers the overview they were looking for, in real-time. Henrik-Jan van der Pol and Jonathan Morrice founded the company in the summer of 2014 and developed a state-of-the-art SaaS solution, built on the most modern technologies. Today, Perdoo is a mature enterprise-grade system with a great consumer-style usability and is employed by large corporations worldwide on a daily basis.
