Potsdamer Platz began as a trading post in 1685. Severely damaged during World War II and then divided by the Berlin Wall, Potsdamer Platz was desolate for 28 years. After large reconstruction efforts made in the 1990s, it is now a bustling tourist attraction and home to many malls, offices and hotels.

Service Partner One – the Berlin Startup for smart digital Office Management

Service Partner One was founded in spring 2015 in Berlin-Kreuzberg and is on a mission to make offices across Europe a more enjoyable place to work in. Their tool of choice is the first digital solution to manage all services surrounding the modern office: conveniently scheduled cleanings, the ordering of supplies, fresh fruits, beverages or even handymen services, just by a tap on the free iPad – directly installed in the customers’ offices. They achieve this simplification by bundling the best service partners and connecting them to the offices in a curated marketplace model. Service Partner One was founded by Sven Hock, Nadine Capoen and Jonas C. Blauth and has gathered a team of currently 25 service enthusiasts. Combining passion with excellent operations, they are already serving more than 100 offices in Berlin, Munich and Hamburg and will be expanding further soon. In order to continue this rapid growth, Service Partner One is supported by Rheingau Founders and international BAs.
