What inspired you to found your startup?
During the research project inventAIRy I got the chance to chat with almost 100 potential customers. Automation and digitization is a big thing for logistics companies, and the possiilities to scale solutions are huge based on existing logistics standards. All this was more than enough to convince me.
How are you different? What is your unique value proposition?
Our solutions will be integrated seamlessly. We do not need any aditional infrastructure, and we are straight logistics: fast, efficient and on-point.
How do you define success for yourself and your company?
Working with great people to solve customer challenges – nothing more.
What do you want to achieve next year?
Getting all of our pilot solutions to product quality, and to enter the complete European market.
Why do people want to work at your company?
We offer both exciting customers and state-of-the-art technology, with the chance to develop great algorithms and data analytics tools.
What has been the most important milestone so far?
Getting the first product ready for serial production.
Looking back at your whole development story — what makes you most proud?
The team did a great job combining hardware and software fragments.
Where do you see your company in 5 years?
doks. will be part of the logistics data automation environment, and will help to make supply chains transparent.
What is your impression of launching a startup from your based city?
Kassel is great for travelling, and offers a good industrial and logistics environment.
What is your impression of the german startup scene? Would you change anything?
Always the same – B2B is not that huge in Germany and “The Germans” are too much focused on 100% solutions than learning by mistakes.
