You don’t need a secret recipe. Just passion
Driven by passion and the insatiable need to always challenge the status quo, I first challenged myself as the CEO of a successful online PR agency with premium clients. Together with my team, I decided to sail the unpredictable waters of the startup world. The decision wasn’t easy, but it felt right, and that feeling pushed us to start developing a platform that would engage genuine, relevant internet users to talk to their friends about our clients – in other words, to give brands a human voice. This was something the marketing and advertising industry was desperately craving, and that’s how BeeShaper was born two years ago. Now, with more than 400,000 registered users on our platforms, our reach exceeds nine million internet users and represents the biggest e-word-of-mouth and bloggers network in the former Yugoslavia region. What exactly took us here? There’s really no secret recipe; it’s all about hard work, dedication, focus, immense care for others, passion and never compromising on quality.
Dragana “Gaga” Djermanovic is an internet strategist and lecturer. She is CSO of Bee Premium Group, and CEO and co-founder of BeeShaper eMarketing. As a representative of EUPRERA & the Euroblog Association, Gaga is an honorable member of the jury for the Social Media Awards and a respectable ambassador of the Webit Congress of SE Europe. Additionally, she was a jury member for the Euro ICT awards in Luxembourg.
