Einhorn – Out-of-this-world marketing

Quirky, fair-trade condom company Einhorn pulled out all stops in marketing this year. The Berlin business with an honorable mission introduced spacey videos that soon became synonymous with the brand. It also ran into some legal snags after claiming that a packet of 7 of its products “corresponds to up to 21 orgasms.” The company’s slogan – while intended as a joke – didn’t make it very far past the state court in Dusseldorf! No matter the outcome, everyone can learn a lesson or two from Einhorn about bold marketing.
