Q: How do you deal with stress?

A: I can deal everything with serenity.

Smart systems, sun and success

I’ve always been passionate about new technologies, especially those that make the internet more accessible to others. Becoming an engineer was something that could allow me to contribute to these technologies. In my early working days for IT companies, I fell in love with the web world. I was also excited by the idea to start something myself. It didn’t take long for me to create a small web agency, together with my brother, in my beloved yet troubled Sicily.

We listened to our customers’ needs from the very beginning, and that helped drive the product. We created a smart system to allow people to edit their websites with absolute freedom, even on a small budget. Then, like a lightning bolt, we got the idea that this product could have a much wider audience and ultimately bring people online who have almost no tech knowledge.

Today we continue to listen to our customer feedback, and that’s our number one secret to success. We’ve also successfully laid the foundation for a company that now employs amazing people in our sunny island headquarters, and for that I couldn’t be happier.

Flazio is currently employing 14 programmers, designers and marketers.
