What inspired you to found your startup?
We were inspired by developers who we hired in our previous companies. Many of them found it challenging to get basic information – like tech stack, salary, product – when searching for a job, without going through a convoluted interview process. We wanted to fix that, and to give more power to devs.

What has been the most important milestone so far?
We became fully profitable in 2017, with very small angel investment. We have since reached 1,000 developer signups per week.
Looking back at your whole development story — what makes you most proud?
The community we have built and the happiness people have found in jobs which they give a shit about.
Where do you see your company in 5 years?
The largest developer and tech community in the world.
