Laid out in 1870 and named after a Prussian minister, Motz Street runs 1.5km from Prager Square via the beautiful Viktoria-Luise Square to Nollendorf Square. It is a well-known street, made famous by many authors and bohemians who lived there or wrote about it in the early 20th century.

Evergreen-Food – Berlin Healthy Food  Startup

Evergreen-Food has developed the first food topping with added superfood algae Chlorella for healthy and sustainable nutrition. Known for its unpleasant taste and smell, the microalgae has normally been used in medical or naturopathic products. Until now. Founding team Cathleen Cordes, Jutta Reinke and Jens Jablonka have developed a solution to offer Chlorella in a new and more attractive form. Carefully harvested and processed fresh microalgae from Germany can now be packaged in 2 centimeter pearls. Sensitive nutrients such as vegetable vitamin B12 and Omega-3 fatty acids are kept. Lüttge Algenperle comes in three refined flavors, allowing consumers to easily make Chlorella part of their everyday life as a vegan topping for main courses and desserts. Evergreen-Food received the EXIST scholarship in 2015 and is currently focused on their first product launch. In the future, the company plans to develop other vegetable-based products with a high content of secondary plant compounds.
