Jobspotting – Impressing Asia’s richest man

No territory is forbidden for the bold crew at Jobspotting. Having previously raised a €500,000 seed round from Axel Springer Plug and Play and angel investors, the company forged ahead in 2015 and convinced Asia’s richest man, Li Ka-shing, to back them for a seed round. Ka-shing’s VC firm, Horizons Ventures, delivered an undisclosed amount to Jobspotting – a deal that COO Robin Haak described as “very fair.” The Berlin-Hong Kong connection got a little bit stronger, and the job discovery app’s future a lot brighter.
